RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform month end close activities, preparation and posting of monthly journal entries including the timely processing of accruals, amortization, prepaids, payroll, GL account reconciliations etc.
• Leads accounts payable functions for the business driving continuous process improvement.
• Administration of vendor activities including onboarding, change requests, payments terms, banking, statement acquisition, etc.
• Research vendor account history identifying discrepancies and perform necessary actions to correct
• Prepare weekly check runs, ensuring accuracy of disbursement.
• Maintain fixed asset schedules and related depreciation/disposal entries
• Reconcile and record monthly multi-state sales and use tax reporting/payments in local ERP System
• Oversee and review expenses submitted through Concur, and manage P-Card expenses
• Perform general ledger account analysis and reconciliation, reviewing monthly activity for accuracy.
• Supporting internal and external financial statement reviews, assists sales and operations teams with monthly forecasts (RO), and budget creation

• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Experience supporting a small-scale business
• Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Suite with a concentration in Excel
• General proficiency in ERP systems – NetSuite experience a plus
• 5+ Years of relevant experience
• Experience gathering and interpreting data
• Knowledge of GAAP
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,560.00 - $117,600.00 per year
