Come join a leader in the sport goods industry! All U Sportwear (a division of ULC Brands) is now hiring an Account Manager to join our rapidly growing organization. We are looking for men and women who have directly-related industry experience and a network of potential customers for custom sports apparel and equipment.
- Work directly with sports team coaches and volunteers in a consultative approach to outfit their teams with the right gear within their needs and objectives
- Will be involved in business development in all sports apparel channels
- Develop additional business with corporate accounts and institutions
- Generate revenue and achieve realistic and attainable performance goals
- Develop new business through cold-calling and lead follow up
- Other projects to support senior leadership as necessary
Requirements of the Account Manager:
- 3+ years' business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) or coaching/sports-related background
- Must be highly organized with attention to detail
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Must be an active listener to gain a clear understanding of the customer’s needs and objectives
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while achieving high productivity and superior customer responsiveness
- College degree preferred
