The following position is to join our Corporate Team:
Raytheon Technologies People and Payroll Services organization is looking for a Strategic Global Provider Account Manager to support the team and manage the global relationships and performance of service providers through improvements initiatives, data analytics, while maximizing cost savings through strong fiscal controls. The ideal candidate would have knowledge in strategy, supply chain, manufacturing engineering or program management and strong communication, influence skills, and lead complex projects.
This new role will support the People and Payroll Services global service excellence team in aligning with the overall company initiatives related to its recently deployed CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) operating system with primary focus on managing the global relationships and performance of service providers through improvements initiatives, data analytics, while maximizing cost savings through strong fiscal controls. This position will be remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the relationship and performance of service providers supporting People and Payroll Services globally
- Work directly with service and process owners to ensure services are delivered on time, with the right quality and strategic projects are completed.
- Influence and engage key stakeholders to resolve complex provider related issues and improvement opportunities.
- Identify where subject matter experts are required to improve provider performance, or to move improvement initiatives forward and get the required engagement
- Generate and direct improvement initiatives relating to provider performance and cost improvements- through the use of CORE tools
- Support the management of provider relationships (including scorecards, internal metrics, controls and structured cadences)
- Review and ensure that the appropriate financial metrics are monitored and that proper fiscal controls are in place to maximize cost savings throughout the People and Payroll Services globally
Basic Qualifications:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
- Experience in strategy, supply chain, manufacturing engineering or program management
- Bachelor’s degree in business/economics, supply chain, or engineering
- Ability to utilize data to investigate trends to manage providers pro-actively
- Experience of leading complex projects or programs
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.

- Strong communicator, with relevant stakeholders at all levels, to drive issue resolution and influence key decision making
