Account Manager Job at Climate Pros
The Account Manager is responsible for developing long-term relationships with their portfolio of assigned customers. Be the liaison between customers and Climate Pros.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Expand customer opportunities with other services we provide.
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
- Assist with high severity requests or issues escalations as needed.
- Visit customer locations one time per week at minimum.
- Responsible for achieving and maintaining desired gross profit percentage for your customer base.
- All other duties as assigned.
Experience and education:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Individual must be a self-starter with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize required.
- Flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work with a minimum of direct supervision a must.
- Discretion and confidentiality required.
- Ability to work as a team member in a rapidly changing environment.
- Reliable, predictable attendance within client service hours for the performance of this position.
- Responsive to internal and external client needs.
- Ability to clearly communicate verbally and/or in writing both internally and externally.
- Knowledge of industry is required.
- High School Diploma/ GED.
- 5+ years of Account Management experience.
- Computer knowledge must include: MS Office- Word, Excel and Outlook.
Physical requirements and working conditions: Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk; occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; noise level is usually moderate. All employees may be required to visit a customer site and/or complete a ride along with a field technician as part of their employment.
