Job Summary*
We are building an HR platform to be used by thousands of small businesses. This team will be reaching out to small business owners that need help running HR for their business. Small business owners started their companies because they love being entrepreneurs - not because they love being compliant with all the employment regulations for their state. This is where Bambee comes in!
This position will be a foundational position for the Sales Team at Bambee. We are looking for highly-motivated individuals to help continue growing our client base. You will speak with top-level decision-makers and cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with companies from 3 - 19 employees, in all 50 states, across multiple industries. If you are eager to take your sales experience to the next level and are willing to learn and work in a fast-paced, demanding, high-growth environment, this is your calling.
What You'll Do
- 200+ outbound calls per day through a power dialer to prospective clients.
- These are transactional sales with a two-week sales cycle.
- Performs product demonstrations with potential clients of the Bambee platform
- Utilizes the company’s Customer Relationship Management software to manage all leads, opportunities, and scheduled events.
- Work with Sales Managers to develop strategies to maximize new business to hit monthly recurring revenue targets
