- Manage a specific territory to increase software and service sales revenue and meet corporate goals
- Prospect new clients through various cold/warm outreach channels
- Partner with Business Development Managers to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Give client-focused, solution-oriented sales presentations to key decision-makers
- Quickly act on marketing-generated leads to secure new business opportunities
- Collaborate with Customer Success Engineers to increase upsell opportunities in existing accounts
- Provide insight into key differentiators and benefits of partnering with the company
- Use Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Develop and execute targeted action plans to ensure revenue growth within the assigned region
- Establish a Business Case and Return on Investment in coordination with the client to ensure funding
- Provide quarterly reviews of the territory business via Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR's)

- 3-5 years of experience software solution sales experience
- Experience selling CAD/CAR simulation software
- Previous success penetrating new markets
- Ability to use a CRM system to document all aspects of the sales process
- Experience selling complex technical products and services
- Knowledge of the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, contract negotiation, and closing
