Position Description
Sales consultation, design, support, and management of customer activity involving B2B cloud telephony products & services.
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain client relationships by making telephone calls and presentations to customers, consistently adding new prospects and clients to funnel
- Establish, maintain and develop business with customers and potential customers to enhance the potential for meeting the objectives of maximum profitability and growth through effective sales and services
- Develop and maintain technical competency in all products offered through Lantana including all offerings from represented manufacturers as well as professional services supplied by Lantana
- Track and record metrics throughout sales process
- Meet and exceed financial goals
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree 2-3 years of business experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
