About the Position:
Our
Account Executive has the opportunity to positively impact the business model of our healthcare prospects and customers in a new way. Your responsibilities will include finding opportunities to help prospects improve the quality of care delivered to patients and caregivers. The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that enables you to drive an engagement at all levels within an organization. We need a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on revenue targets, as well as contribute to the achievement of our strategic goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around CareXM services
- Accelerate customer adoption
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through direct and indirect sales initiatives
- Self-starter who thinks strategically but acts tactically, with purpose and accountability
- Manage contract negotiations
- Excellent ability to use the phone for initial outreach to prospect accounts
- Developing multi-point relationships within C-suite, decision-making committees and boards
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Expect moderate travel
What You’ll Need to get the Job Done:
- 2+ years of technology related sales and/or business development experience in the healthcare industry
- 2+ years of direct field experience selling software or cloud solutions to the F1000
- Experience in positioning and selling technology in new customers and new market segments
- Experience in proactively growing customer relationships within an account, while expanding their understanding of the customer’s business
- Ability to work in an environment where sales activities are measured
- Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership
- Ability to ask inquisitive and tough questions
Bonus Qualifications:
- Background in healthcare and/or technical sales
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Track record of developing sustainable new business
- Extensive customer networking experience
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
