Viaduct is seeking a Business Development Representative for a new emerging business in Buffalo, NY.

Our client is on a mission to challenge the global supply chain by connecting forward and reverse logistics. We are looking for a BDR to focus on bringing new customers into the program. You will explore new leads for our products and build key business relationships through initial outreach and presentation of opportunities. The first step is to identify new prospective customers under the direction of our Project Management team. You will then begin to convert and build key relationships, brokering sales through discount opportunities, specialized one-on-one meetings, and follow-ups to guide them through the sales program, ensuring account creation.

  • Calling leads and converting them into customers.
  • Calling potential clients and qualifying leads for procurement.
  • Contacting customers and leads to conduct bulk/broker sales.
  • Scheduling meetings for potential clients with a program manager.
  • Following up with every sale/lead.
  • Converting Enterprise Customers into Key Relationships.

Target base salary $ 60-70 K base with additional commission



Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • 2 years business development experience logistics, supply chain or OEM.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Prior experience or working knowledge of the systems we use daily, SQL, AWS,
  • SellerCloud, HubSpot, Excel,
