Who you are:

As a Retirement Services Account Administrator I, you are key support. You will assist management with daily administration of major employee benefit and institutional accounts and special projects. You will also be responsible for the efficient, profitable administration of assigned IRA accounts and custodial institutional accounts. More than that, this role is about building relationships and doing so with integrity, caring, and excellence in mind.

What you’ll do:

• Assist with administration procedures regarding the daily valuation accounts including receipt of all moneys, purchases to the funds, distributions to participants and funding of loans
• Communicate and coordinate activities with plan sponsors
• Responsible for the operational training of departmental personnel at all locations
• Participates, under supervision, in development of new business.
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Previous employee benefit account administration experience
