Our rapidly growing Agency is actively looking for a

Full-Time Access Specialist

The Access Specialist team will work together to provide direction of services needed, meeting directly with clients and their families, working with an array of financial situations and special requirements. This function involves extensive use of the electronic health record with data entry accuracy. Within the team, Access Specialists will assist in multiple duties, including answering multi-line telephone system, registrations, insurance verification, referrals, scheduling, and financial counseling to clients and family members.

Each member of the team will assist one another in order for the team to function as a whole. This position requires the ability to communicate clearly, in a friendly manner, providing an in-depth knowledge of programs, services, and financial information with a wide-variety of both internal and external customers.

  Minimum requirement includes a minimum of High School Diploma or G.E.D. with similar work experience

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Ability to ensure confidentiality.

• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. and general office equipment.

• Well organized, enthusiastic, energetic and highly motivated.

• Proof of valid driver’s license and current/adequate vehicle insurance coverage.

• Must pass criminal background study through DHS NetStudy 2.0.

• Valid driver's license and insurable under agency's automobile insurance policy.

• Access to personal vehicle, and the ability and willingness to use the vehicle in carrying out position responsibilities, including travel within the service area and to other areas for workshops or as part of job duties.
