Access Control Installer Job at Fencing Supply Group Acquisition LLC
POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide professional sales and technical support and build relationships with access control customers in a wholesale environment, maintain a working knowledge of all products sold, assist customers with job orders, develop customer accounts and facilitate the pulling and delivery of customer orders. Responsible for the accuracy of access control inventory and processing of inventory paperwork.
Responsibilities:
- Develop contractor sales and relationships with customers
- Supervise and maintain branch inventory of access control products
- Provide customer and employee tech support with access control gate automation products
- Assist with identification of correct service parts to correct issues
- Operate software system to conduct sales
- Perform takeoffs and quotes for customers
- Produce an accurate and timely quote
- Effectively communication with outside sales regarding quotes, market trends and company updates
- Facilitate the ordering process from input to shipping
- Remain knowledgeable on products we represent
- Ensure the accuracy of incoming materials
- Work as a team to meet established monthly sales goals
- Other duties as required by Branch Manager
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Graduate (BA in Business or industrial-related field preferred)
- 2 - 3 years of sales experience, installation, and repair of gate automation
- 2 – 3 years experience in customer service
- Manufacturing and/or distribution experience preferred
- PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications
