We're seeking a self-motivated and friendly Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our 30A retail stores in the Santa Rosa Beach area. 30A is the official and original BEACH HAPPY® brand selling eco-friendly products in our welcoming boutiques. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Greet customers in a friendly manner.
- Serve customers by helping them select products.
- Drive sales by sharing product knowledge and feedback.
- Open and close the store.
- Maintain an organized, clean sales floor.
- Assist with managing inventory by receiving shipments and restocking the sales floor.
- Provide support to team in other duties as assigned.
- Support continuous improvement, challenging the status quo and offering creative solutions.
- Contribute to and support a positive, creative, and collaborative culture and continuously improve efficiency, communication, and work product.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

- Ability to fluctuate between various work environment speeds.
