CNC Thread Grinding Operator– Unique 2nd Shift (3-day weekends!)
Located in Saukville, WI, Tesker Manufacturing Corp. currently has openings for 2nd shift CNC Thread Grinding Operator. For 50 years, Tesker has been the industry leader in providing the highest quality thread rolling equipment & tooling. We are a fast paced, high quality environment running small quantity orders. Tesker is a family owned company who believes in our employees.
Unique Shift – Noon to Midnight on Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday; Noon to 4:00 PM on Thursday.
3-day weekend every week!
Experience on Bridgeport Mill & Engine Lathe machines is desired.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, adjust, program and operate milling & drilling machines on a variety of work to very close tolerance.
- Ability to use jigs, fixtures, clamps, etc.
- Select, prepare & install respective tooling.
- Adjust speeds, feeds, tooling & operational sequences as needed.
- Work from blueprints, routings, process sheets, etc.
- Excellent shop math to compute angles, radii, and other dimensions.
- Must be proficient with measuring tools: calipers, micrometer, etc.
Benefits:
- $20-$27 per hour based on experience
