JOB TITLE: Continuing Education (PSC) Office Assistant

HOURS/STATUS: 20 hours/Non-Exempt (M- TH daytime)

DEPARTMENT: Continuing Education

START DATE: December 2022

REPORTS TO: Market Director of Career Services

LOCATION: Wauwatosa Campus


Job Functions:

  • Handling incoming CE calls (inquiry/registration etc.)
  • Confirming calls (pre-class/post-course)
  • Register students in CRM and generate reports
  • Assist students with ongoing classroom needs
  • Maintain course files and assist students with technology needs
  • Assist with Information Sessions
  • Maintain CE attendance and timesheet coordination
  • Provide receptionist support to the main front desk as needed
  • Assist with administrative projects within Career Services and Athletics

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree, Required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to successfully perform multi-task operations – attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to use good judgment and problem solve
