Responsibilities:

• Examine materials to verify conformance to quality standards;
• Manipulate materials manually to prepare for shipping;
• Count finished products to verify orders are complete;
• Assemble orders and forward to Shipping Department;
• Maintain quality control by following checks and balances outlined in company processes;
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED;
• Minimum 1 year in at least one previous job and/or steady job history;
• Ability to work a designated shift and overtime as required, may include time before or after the designated shift and/or weekends;
• Production experience a plus.

Qualifications:

• 
  Ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce and in a diverse environmentally to follow processes;
• Detail-oriented;Willingness to learn and complete a variety of tasks/processes in production;
• Reliability through good attendance, punctuality and cooperation.
• Elementary English proficiency communication skills necessary

• Ability to be present in the facility and work a minimum of 40 hours per week;
• Hours are minimum 40 hours per week during company’s regular business hours however evening and weekend overtime may be required as job duties demand;

• Work is in a typical production environment; prolonged standing required (1-2 hours at a time); ability to move around the facility; reach; bend; stoop; lifting up to 30 lbs regularly.
