GABRIEL VARGA FORCED TO WITHDRAW FROM BELLATOR MMA: ‘DYNAMITE 1’ DUE TO INJURY
One of the two GLORY title fights on the Bellator MMA: “Dynamite 1” card is no longer happening.
The GLORY featherweight title bout between current champion Gabriel Varga (26-2) and opponent Serhiy Adamchuk (29-5) has been scrapped from the Sept. 19 card, according to sources close to the promotion. An undisclosed injury is the cause for the fight’s cancellation. MMAmania.com has yet to receive information on whether Varga or Adamchuk is the injured fighter.
The match up was only announced a few weeks ago during this month’s Spike telecast of GLORY 23. As of this writing, no fight has been selected to take its place.
